Letters of Recommendation
August 6, 2012 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to recommend Lisa Waste as a nanny. Lisa worked for us for almost 2 great years. She went above and beyond our expectations and our son loved her. She was one of the few people who could get him to sleep when he was an infant. She was highly motivated to help him learn as much as he could and even created a curriculum to do with him every day. She frequently put in long hours and would work overtime in order to accomodate schedule changes. She understands her limitations as a nanny and never disturbed our privacy. She is very skilled in • Supervising and caring for our child• Planning, preparing and serving meals for the baby and keeping up on household chores• Bathing, dressing and feeding infants and toddlers• Preparing formulas and changing diapers. Lisa has a number of strengths but her main strength, from my observations, is her patience and loving attitude towards our child. She always seemed genuinely interested in my child's mental development as well as his comfort and presented new ideas to make his quality of life better every day.In summary, Lisa displayed the qualities that make a nanny successful. She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and in tune with the requirements of family and children. Once again, I highly recommend her for a nanny position. If you have any questions , please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Jane Fitzgerald |
October 21,2012 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter of recommendation for Lisa Waste. She cared for my daughter from October 2010 until April 2012. She cared for my 3 year old daughter who was almost one when she started working with us. She was very dependable and I just wish that she could have stayed with us longer. Due to circumstances though, we were not able to keep Ms. Waste. Ms. Waste had so much fun with our daughter. When I first started, looking for a nanny I was very unsure as to where to start, but I was lucky because one of my close friends had a nanny that was looking for a new position and he recommended her to us and she was great with my daughter from the start. I remember the first day, I had to leave, and my daughter cried and cried. The next day I expected the same thing, but she was so happy that Lisa was there, that she hardly even noticed me leave. During her time with us, Lisa has displayed tremendous patience, a loving attitude and a diligence in teaching our daughter. My daughter was always learning some new song or coming how with new words. Lisa went out of her way to celebrate major holidays with the children and make every day fun. I would recommend her to anyone with babies or small children. She not only cares for the children, but makes sure the house is neat when we arrive home. Sincerely, Matthew Douglas |
